1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CleanerUK Pro.

2. The service

CleanerUK Pro provides bookkeeping, time-tracking and reporting tools. We may change features as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions

Free and Premium plans are offered. Premium is billed in GBP. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or upload unlawful content.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it per our Privacy Policy.

7. Tax disclaimer

Reports and summaries are tools to help you keep records. CleanerUK Pro does not provide accounting or tax advice. You remain responsible for your UK Self Assessment.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
