How to request deletion

To request account deletion, email support@cleanerukpro.com.

Please include the email address linked to your CleanerUK Pro account.

Data deleted

Account profile information
Client records
Jobs
Time tracking records
Income records
Expense records
AI assistant history, if applicable

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained if required by UK tax, accounting, legal, security, or fraud prevention obligations.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
