Adding clients
Go to Clients → Add client. Save a default hourly and overtime rate so future jobs are filled in for you.
Logging hours
Open Hours → Log hours. Pick the client, dates and times. Overtime is calculated automatically.
Tracking expenses
Add receipts under Expenses with a category — Supplies, Transport, Equipment, Phone, Marketing or Other.
Exporting reports
Reports lets you pick a weekly, monthly, annual or custom range and download as Excel or PDF.
AI Assistant
Tell the assistant in plain English: "I cleaned 4 hours for John today at £20/h" and the job is logged for you.
UK Self Assessment
Use the annual PDF report as a summary for your tax return. Always keep your receipts.
