CleanerUK Pro ("we", "us") provides bookkeeping and time-tracking tools for self-employed cleaners in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@cleanerukpro.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your email and full name.
• Business data you enter: clients, jobs, hours, expenses and rates.
• AI conversation history (only if you use the assistant).
• Minimal technical data to keep the service secure.

3. Lawful basis

We process your data under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract with you — and Article 6(1)(f) for service security.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, export and erase your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only. Optional analytics cookies require your consent via the cookie banner.

6. International transfers

Your data is stored on UK/EU infrastructure. Any AI processing happens through providers with UK GDPR-compliant agreements.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
